Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.


  3. Prepare the Sauce:

    • In the same pan, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
